SUSANOO Project team
Kentaro Watanabe
/ Producer & Facilitator
Born in 1982 in Beppu city of Oita prefecture. Graduated Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. After working at a financial institution, he travelled around 40 countries of the world for 2 years. Since 2013, he joined ETIC and launched SUSANOO project as the project leader. To enable the society where every challenger with their own personality can be supported, he aim to create the ecosystem of challengers through establishing “social resource market”. Published 2 books 『なぜ日本人は、こんなに働いているのにお金持ちになれないのか？＿21世紀のつながり資本論』, 『なんとなく会社に行くだけの人生を送りたくないあなたへ。自分らしく生きるための７つの力』。blog『ソーシャルスタートアップという挑戦のスタイル』
Yiyi Shi
/ Chief coordinator & coach
Born in Shanghai, China. Graduated Waseda University Faculty of Literature. After working at a Germany consulting firm, she joined ETIC. Since 2012, she operated various incubation program.
Her theme is how people face various borders in this society, and confront stereotype.
Naoko Yoneda
/ Coordinator
Born in Tokyo. Graduated Keio University Faculty of Economics. After working as a system engineer, she joined ETIC since 2015. She hope to bring people and the society more happiness through the social changemakers’ challenges.

Mr. Son is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in investing and incubating IT related venture companies in Asia. He is the Founder & CEO of Mistletoe Inc., as well as board member and advisor to various IT companies around the globe.
He founded Gungho Online which is one of the most successful online gaming companies in Japan in 2002, which had its IPO in 2005.
With a vision to create Silicon Valley-like venture eco-system in East Asia by year 2030, Taizo founded MOVIDA JAPAN in 2009. Then he founded Mistletoe, Inc. in 2013 in order to commence comprehensive entrepreneurs support and startup ecosystem development activities.
Born in 1972. Established ETIC in 1993 as a nation-wide network of student entrepreneurs and started “Entrepreneur Internship Program” in 1997.
Since 2001, ETIC has focused on young social entrepreneurship to find new solutions for social problems by using business skills and personal compassion. ETIC had supported 95 start-up social entrepreneurs for 2 years, consigned by the Cabinet Office.
After the earthquake in Tohoku, ETIC developed the "Disaster Recovery Leadership Project" to nurture and develop social entrepreneurs that will commit to rebuild Tohoku in the long term.
Honoured as a 2011 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
